This wine is produced according to the purest traditional processes which have been used by Carmelite Fathers in the Desierto de las Palmas since 1896, made of the best grapes, fermented with selected yeasts which ensure the highest quality.
This liqueur has a deep golden colour with orangey amber reflections. It has an intense and expressive bouquet; hints of liquorice, blackberry jam. It enters smoothly and harmoniously; balanced acidity and long aftertaste.
