Gastrónoma, the “great event of gastronomy”, took place from 19 to 21 November at Feria Valencia, was well accepted among catering professionals.
Carmelitano, Wineries and Distilleries was present with Castellon Ruta de Sabor and more than 100 valencian exhibitors as well as exhibitors from the rest of Spain. Our 119 Gin, Carmelitano Liqueur and the rest of our liqueurs that can be found in our website www.carmelitano.com, were in the limelight during the fair.
More than 15.000 people enjoyed the best of food industry, as well as interesting technical presentations given by star chefs, cookery schools and manufacturers.
We had the opportunity of giving a Master Class with our master distiller Manuel Blasco Vallés and our Brand Ambassador Carlos Llaves, presenting our 119 London Dry Gin, distilled in Benicasim, Castellon.
Some leading figures present at the fair were, among others, Miguel Barrera and the new Estrella Michelin, Raúl Resino, both from Castellon.
This trendy and innovative fair, aimed at promoting Mediterranean products, is set to become a reference of Spanish gastronomy.
